I have to counteract the other reviewer. Annie has been a dream come true for our family. She has been extremely helpful, with taking care of our kids in the morning and getting them to school safely. She also does light housework (laundry, dishes) which we were not even expecting but she insisted. Just the other day she made fresh blueberry pancakes for our girls. She has a lovely and kind personality, and we are grateful to have her in our lives!
