Hello, My Name Is Martiesha I Go By "Tiesh" I Started Out As A PCA "Personal Care Assistant" For My Friends Mom At First It Was Just For Fun Cause I Didn't Mind Beings Though She Was My Friends Mom I Looked At Her As Family. Then She Started Paying Me Under The Table, From There I Went Into Different Agencies I Worked With Seniors That Had Dementia, That Was Bed Bound, Needed Errands Done, Transferred From Bed To wheelchair, Just Supervision, And Seniors That Was Autistic. I Pretty Much Done A lot And I Enjoy My Job Very Well And I like Treating Other People Family As If They Was My Own. I'd describe my personality as Friendly, Outgoing, Silly And optimistic I like caring for seniors because caring for seniors can help you develop patience, empathy, and resilience. I'm looking for a job that care for seniors or needs house work done I started caring for seniors when back in 2018 My skills include communication, patience and compassion
