Martha has been watching our daughter for a year and 4 months. She then suddenly doesn't show up for work. We called and texted and she doesn't respond. Her husband then messages to say she left our daughters car seat in the drive way. This is very unusual behavior especially since we were not informed that she's unhappy with us leading up to this. Also, her behavior is not safe for the emotional well being of any child to suddenly not have her nanny show up after being her sole caretaker for that long.
