Hello! I'm Martha, since the beginning of my 3 years in childcare, I strive to create a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children. My passion for childcare stems from my positive experiences in previous babysitting roles, where I discovered my passion to positively impact children's lives. I am known for my patient and calm personality, which allows me to handle challenging situations with ease. I believe in open communication with parents and regularly provide updates on their child's day or any issues that arise. Their preferred communication method is always followed. Enforcing household rules is essential, and I follow the parents' lead to ensure consistency and respect for their values. I enjoy playing various games with children, including outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that promote learning. With fluency in both English and Spanish, I am confident in my ability to provide well-rounded care!
