Martha is simply amazing! She is a ray of sunshine that children gravitate towards. She has a calm and loving temperament. She has watched our twin toddlers, and it gives me such a peace of mind to see them so excited and running to her when she arrives. She is great at coming up with engaging activities for them both indoor and outdoor and is good at managing transitions between activities, eating, and bed. We followed baby led weaning and she was great at following our instructions. Overall, Martha is the best, and I only wish we could hire her full-time. Our children absolutely love her, and I feel extremely fortunate any time she watches them, knowing they're in trusted hands.
