So nice to meet you! My name is Martha and I am a Junior at UNC-Chapel Hill. As a nurturing and experienced childcare provider with five years of experience, I find immense joy in supporting families and being a reliable childcare option for them. My previous roles as a babysitter and summer camp counselor have further solidified my passion for caring for children. I am known for my friendly and energetic personality, and creative attitude which creates an environment for children to thrive. I believe in open communication and provide regular updates to parents about their child's day and any issues that arise. I am comfortable enforcing household rules while respecting the parenting styles of each family.
