As a passionate and experienced childcare provider with five years of experience, I find great joy in nurturing the growth and development of children. My previous babysitting roles allowed me to gain valuable experience in providing a safe and nurturing environment for children. My patient, calm, and friendly nature allows me to easily connect with children and build strong relationships with them. When it comes to communication, I believe in maintaining open and transparent communication with parents. I provide regular updates on their child's day, either through verbal communication at pickup or via text or phone calls, depending on the parents' preferred method. I am comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a consistent and structured environment for the children in my care.
