About Marsha

With over a decade of experience in healthcare, I have dedicated my career to providing compassionate patient care, clinical support, and public health research. My journey began as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and Patient Care Technician (PCT), where I gained hands-on experience in direct patient care, working across multiple healthcare settings, including hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and home health environments. Throughout my career, I have developed expertise in vital signs monitoring, personal care assistance, catheter management, and supporting patients with daily activities, always ensuring their dignity and comfort. I spent several years at Northside Hospital and North Fulton Hospital, where I floated across various departments. Additionally, I worked as a Disability Instructor at People Making Progress, assisting individuals with developmental disabilities in achieving greater independence and improving their quality of life.
