I maintain open communication with parents through daily written reports, verbal updates at pickup, and regular text or phone calls. My comfort level in enforcing household rules ensures consistency and structure. My favorite games to play with children are educational games that promote learning, along with outdoor sports and physical games. I am also professionally trained and certified through the (ELM) Early Learning Matters Curriculum developed through Purdue University.
