Hello, I am a very detail oriented house cleaner. For example, it would be difficult for me to put a new trash bag into a can if it too needed to be cleaned. I like to organize a home (eg. Drop cords all same location). Each week I rotate the rooms that I focus more time in so that I can do the extras. My available hours do not exactly meet your criteria but if you're flexible on that I believe I'm the person that can exceed your expectations.
