About Marlise

I'd describe my personality as personable, adaptable and creative. I like working with kids because they remind us to embrace joy and adventure! I started working with kids when I was 13 years old. I had the opportunity to babysit for a couple of families in my neighborhood in Farmington Hills. My interest in working with kids inspired me to pursue a degree in Elementary Special Education. After graduating from Michigan State and I started working as an elementary paraprofessional before moving to Cambridge, MA. I have moved back to Michigan and I'm looking forward to working with kids again! In my free time I like to attend social dance events, read, and I like to do arts and crafts, as well as exploring new coffee shops in the city.
