About Marlies

Hi Families! My name is Marlies. :) I am a Professional Nanny/Family Caregiver of 12. 5 years! I am also a Mommy of two little ones, (ages 4 & 2, b/g)! I will be open with the fact that I do not have any qualifications as being a "specialized tutor", as my main focus has been Nanny and helping families maintain their homes! I do however, have a lot of experience assisting with homework help & reading help in my many years, (and am currently doing this in my present job with two older, school-aged boys)! I am open to working with your kiddos as well! What I would be looking for in a tutoring position, would be *assistance with* school work, or summer workbooks, reading buddy or reading helper, or simply assisting your child getting caught up with homework (that they are pretty well versed in how to do it, just need help staying focused and being organized)! Below I listed my years of experience as 7, as that is how many years I have been working FULL TIME with school-aged children! :)
