About Marley

I have an extensive background as both a sporadic babysitter and a full-time live-in nanny, with children ranging from newborn babies to 10-year-olds. These positions have been fulfilled in many places, including New Orleans, New York City, and Vermont. I consider myself a very loving, patient, and empathetic caregiver that sets necessary guidelines but is still easygoing. I interpret this job not simply as watching over children and youth, but as the establishment of consistent and positive interaction while also improving interpersonal, social, and communicative skills with those cared for. My experience has consisted of creating and managing care plans specializing in developmental, physical, and behavioral needs or targets. I also have experience assisting with schooling and tutoring, traveling domestically and internationally with families, as well as personal assistant duties and household tasks or errands.
