Naturally patient and calm, I establish a friendly and approachable environment for the children in my care. Open communication is key for me, so I follow up with parents about their child's day verbally at pickup and provide regular updates via their preferred method. I firmly believe in the power of play, so I enjoy playing various games with children, from outdoor sports to educational games that promote learning.
