About Marley Lauren

Hello! I'm a newly graduated High School student planning on majoring in Early Childhood Education at college in the fall. I'm currently working as a teachers assistant at a daycare, working with ages infant-four. I also have two years worth of babysitting experience with older and special needs children. I strive to create a safe and nurturing environment for kids to learn and grow. My calm and friendly nature allows me to connect easily with children. I believe in open communication with parents and regularly provide updates on their child's day. My approach to household rules is guided by the parents' preferences. I enjoy engaging children in a variety of fun and enriching activities and learning experiences . I'm comfortable caring for up to three children, aged 5 months through 11 years old.
