In my 20 years of experience working with the seniors, I've come to learn one known fact they've paid the cost to be the boss. As such, I am just a gentle reminder to their daily activities and keep them comfortable as best as I know how. I have develop kindness, compassion, a good temperament, and the ability to follow instructions even though there's a need to bend them sometimes.
