About Marlene

As a nurturing caregiver with eight years of experience, I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and development. My friendly and patient nature helps me connect with children and create a safe, nurturing environment. I believe in open communication with parents and provide regular updates on their child's day. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules while still maintaining a positive relationship with the children. I find great joy in playing outdoor games, board games, and educational games that promote learning. I'm confident in caring for up to five children and have experience with various age groups, including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, school-aged children, and pre-teens. With a strong foundation in early childhood education and coursework in early child development, I also have First Aid Training and CPR Training. I'm willing to assist with carpooling, light housekeeping, and swimming supervision.
