I am a caring and experienced childcare provider passionate about nurturing children's growth and development. With three years of experience caring for children of all ages, I create a safe, supportive environment where they can learn, play, and thrive. I design engaging activities that promote physical, emotional, and intellectual growth, from educational games to outdoor exploration and creative play. As a CPR-certified, bilingual provider, I also work in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, giving me valuable experience supporting children with special needs. My background allows me to create inclusive, adaptive learning experiences tailored to each child's unique needs. I prioritize open communication with parents, providing regular updates and following their preferred methods. I also respect and follow household rules to maintain consistency.
