Marlena has been taking care of our 4-month old baby girl for a few weeks now. She is caring, gentle, and sweet with the baby, she double checks the caring procedures with me, asks questions frequently, follows the instructions well, and is diligent and responsive to baby's needs. I feel comfortable leaving my baby girl with her when I have errands to run. Marlena is with us on a part time basis but I would love to have her full time had our budget allow. Bonus point, our cat likes her too :)
