About Marlee

Hello! My name is Marlee and I am an enthusiastic and creative 22-year-old with a love for early childhood development. I have been working with kiddos (infant 3 months to elementary school ages) for just about two years now, in both educational and childcare settings. My childcare philosophy is centered in providing a safe, fun, and supportive environment for children through flexible routines and engaging activities. I strongly believe that kids naturally learn and build relationships through play, and am dedicated to providing ample opportunities for them to explore their imaginations and interests. :) I have my Associate's degree with 30+ credit hours in Early Childhood Education and 50+ credits in Art, as well as CPR, First Aid, DCF 45 hour coursework, and substitute teaching certifications. I'm looking for full time work with open availability. I would love to be a part of your family's early childcare journey, and am happy to answer any questions you may have. :)
