I am writing to wholeheartedly recommend Marla Aguirre for a nanny position. I have had the privilege of knowing and working with Marla for 13 years, during which time she has demonstrated exceptional dedication, professionalism, and care in her role as a nanny for my three children. She started working with our family when my middle son was six months old and was with my daughter since birth. She and her family truly became a part of our family. Marla’s commitment to the well-being and development of our children has been unwavering. She possesses a unique ability to create a nurturing and stimulating environment. Marla likes to be busy and enjoyed running around with the kids to museums, the zoo, playgrounds, etc. When they got older, she shepherded them around to their demanding activities. She was flexible in attending to our busy schedule. She took an interest in the children and their development and enjoyed seeing them grow as if they were her own children. She supported them by coming to recitals, celebrating with us as a family and going out of her way to be there for the kids when they needed or wanted her. Beyond her outstanding childcare skills, Marla is a reliable and trustworthy individual. We have always felt comfortable knowing that our children are in her capable hands. She has also helped around the house with laundry, loading and unloading the dishwasher, heating up meals for dinner and running errands. Marla has demonstrated good judgment and discretion, and we had confidence in her ability to prioritize our children’s safety and the happiness of our family. Her warmth, kindness, and professionalism have made her not only a trusted caregiver but also a beloved member of our family. I cannot recommend Marla highly enough.
