I am a state registered independent home care aide. I would describe myself as caring, competent, and compassionate. I find great fulfillment in caring for seniors, as it's meaningful to support those who are vulnerable-something we may all experience in life. I started caring for seniors 10 years ago while attending business school, and it has been a rewarding journey ever since. My goal is to provide high-quality care that reflects my skills & dedication while ensuring comfort and dignity for those I assist. I am skilled in assisting with most Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, lifting and transfers, medication management, incontinent care, light housekeeping, and companionship. In my spare time, I enjoy going to the gym, staying informed on current events, & spending time with friends. I also stay up to date on international news, politics, technology, business, & more, which helps me connect with others on a variety of topics.
