After moving back to the Charlotte area to provide care for my grandmother who suffered from dementia. When you know the person and how strong they used to be, it hits a little differently. I took care of her for 3yrs until her final breath. Through caring for my Grandmother I learned so much about this disease and have even more compassion for those who are suffering with this disease. Professionally I have over 10 years of experience of senior care. I've done in-home dementia care, worked in a facility, drove a paratransit van taking clients to and from senior daycare, and private duty clients. I would just do lighthouse keeping and laundry, and small meal prep. I do enjoy caring for people whether it be babies or seniors and all those in between I enjoy showing love to people, and giving the love that GOD has put inside of me.
