Marivic cared for our 92- and 95-year-old parents on Saturday and Sunday mornings and three evenings a week. Mom had fallen more than once, dad was getting more fragile, and both were experiencing increased memory issues. We knew they needed more hours of care above what we had scheduled on weekday mornings with their other caregivers. Marivic came in and seamlessly and competently joined my parents' care team. She has extensive training and experience caring for individuals with dementia and other serious health issues. She is kind, calm, patient, compassionate, understanding and smart. She has excellent judgement and is an outstanding communicator, which my sister and I, who do not live near my parents, really valued. Every day she cared for our parents she provided us with detailed updates about their care and anything she observed that might be of concern. Our minds were at ease when we knew Marivic was there, caring for our parents!
