She is not reliable or dependable. I hired her to start on 24th July 2022. She was a no show. She did not let me know she wasn't coming or had an emergency. We had been texting and I tried calling her to see where she was. No answer or response. I made several attempts to give her the benefit of the doubt but still would not communicate by responding to my several texts or phone calls. We really liked her and both she and I were excited to start working for us. I still have no idea what happened. She hasn't communicated or bothered to call and explain. On an initial first interview she did not show up or communicate to me why she wasn't coming. I should have not given her a second chance as she did the same thing twice to me. I would not recommend Maritza.
