Maritza has helped us with care of our baby for the better part of the past year for about 30 hours per week. She is reliable, loving, and experienced. Our son loves spending time with her, as evidenced by his huge smile when they are playing with blocks, musical instruments, or even bird watching. Maritza has also been essential for helping us establish some good habits such as long naps, which we had struggled with during our initial parental leave. We could not be more thankful that we found Maritza to be our nanny.
