I'm a lively and loving babysitter with 15+ years of experience watching kids from 3-weeks-old to 16-years-old. I've also worked with kids as a camp counselor, soccer referee, and lifeguard. I like playing with kids outside, doing arts and crafts, teaching sign language, playing board games, baking, swimming, going on fun outings, and more! I graduated with honors in journalism from the University of Oregon in 2014 and then moved back to San Diego. I'm CPR/First Aid/AED certified, I'm fully vaccinated, I have a recent background check from August 4, 2024, and I'd be happy to provide references. Marita has been babysitting for me for over 10 years and we absolutely love her! In fact, I left her a review on her care.com profile in October 2013 and I’m back to provide an update! She is the most reliable, trustworthy, and dependable babysitter we’ve ever had! She’s basically family! Now that my girls are older, we mainly use her for overnights while my husband and I are out of town. She takes our kids to and from activities and keeps up with our busy schedule. I highly recommend Marita and have nothing but good things to say about her!
