I'd describe my personality as patient, friendly, and creative. I like working with kids because I remember what it felt like to have a small, yet tight-knit community that takes care of one another. My family was always grateful of the people who would help take care of my brother and I, so I'm returning the favor! In my spare time, I like to hike and play soccer. Ceramics is one of my passions, and I enjoy venturing out and trying new things! I do not have certification for CPR/First aid, but I did take a course through my previous job in a warehouse setting. I feel comfortable if a situation were to occur, that I will act accordingly. One thing you should know about me is I grew up with a younger brother who has IDD and a speech disorder. This elevated my levels of patience, responsibility, and flexibility when it comes to diffusing problems in my work and personal life.

Marissa is wonderful! She has watched our 2, 7 month old puppies, and has been so great! She has excellent demeanor, patience, and takes fantastic care of our little ones. Couldn’t recommend her enough!
