I would love to come help you're family growing up I was like a second mom to my special needs brother he was born with stergeweber syndrome and my mom worked a lot so she needed help taking care of him while she went to work to provided for us, and growing up you learn to be patient, loving and understanding and one big one was being very protective because they need a little more care then others and some might not understand that so educating people to be patient with him was important to me and I hope I can be of be assistance to you're child to just let me know :)!
