Experience: 6 yrs
I'm an early childhood educator with six years of experience caring for children. My passion is nurturing children's growth and development. As a certified teacher, I create a stimulating environment filled with educational and imaginative activities. I'm skilled at fostering a sense of curiosity, exploration, and creativity in young minds. My patient, friendly, and calm demeanor puts kids at ease. I prioritize open and transparent communication with parents, providing regular updates on their children's day. I'm also very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a safe and structured environment. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children, from newborns to preteens. My experience encompasses a wide range of ages, and I can tailor my approach to meet the specific needs of each child. I'm also willing to assist with cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, and light housekeeping.

First, her AI generated profile is completely false. She didn't reflect a single quality or ability which was listed in her profile. During the in-person interview, she was polite, committed to working with us for a year and provide at least a two weeks notice if needed to leave. She didn't last an entire month. There was an extreme failure in terms of communication at every level possible. She doesn't openly communicate about anything. When you do provide her feedback politely, she completely shuts down, becomes unresponsive and gets flustered. We thought we were hiring a nanny but this turned into us becoming social workers who had to make sure that she was always content. After quietly finishing her shift one Friday afternoon, she sent us a long text message which stated that she no longer would like to work with us and next week will be her last. There was no empathy in her message or a chance for an open discussion. This left us scrambling to find someone within the next couple of days. After giving her resignation, she showed up for only one day and acted really bizarre. During very early hours of the next morning, she sent us a text that she's not feeling well and it's up to us if we would still like her to come. By then we had enough, we asked her to never come back to our home again. She was highly incompetent and lazy when it came to taking care of one child. Her profile stated that she can take care of up to 3 kids. In her case, that's not possible. We both work from home and get quite busy with our jobs. I was under the impression that we were hiring an adult to take care of our child but that clearly wasn't the case. We wasted our time and efforts into training her to manage our child but in the end, it was a colossal failure. If you decide to hire her, be prepared with a backup because she will full a fast one on you.
