About Marissa

Hi families! I'm a second grade teacher in gilbert. I'm looking for something where I can have more flexibility and freedom to teach kids the way they should be taught. I have 9 years of experience with children. I have been a daycare teacher, a nanny, a sitter, and an elementary school teacher. I have my bachelors degree in social work and a masters degree in elementary education! I strongly believe kids should be allowed to be creative and spend more time outside of the classroom. I understand all kids learn differently and I love to differentiate to meet their needs. I have experience with all age groups. My last nannying job was with a baby girl that is now 4 years old! I feel so blessed to have found them on care. com. They are my second family! I'd describe my personality as sweet, caring, adventurous.
