About Marissa

With over a year of experience with family members, I'm comfortable caring for two children of various age groups youngest being 3 and oldest being 12. Although, I have only cared for family members, so I will say I am a bit new to this, but am more than willing to learn and adapt. Moving forward I do not have any experience with newborns but would absolutely love to learn and gain some. I'm patient, calm, creative, imaginative, friendly, and approachable. I do believe in clear and open communication with parents, providing regular updates about their child's day and addressing any issues that arise using their preferred communication method. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules, ensuring a safe and structured environment for the children in my care. I love playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, and educational games that promote learning.
