About Marissa

I like working with kids because it is rewarding. I want to switch it up from my regular work with kids being a school psychologist and spend more time caring for them as opposed to testing them. I'm looking for a regular summer position caring for children either in their home or mine. I would be able to transport them. I have 3 friendly pups they may enjoy playing with. I would be able to do outings like the park, library or science center. I started working with kids as a teenager with regular babysitting jobs. I worked very closely with two families. Then, when I was older worked very closely with another family over the summer being a nanny for their 1-year-old. One thing you should know about me is I am extremely responsible. My skills include building rapport, having fun with the kids and making sure everyone stays safe.
