I was an assistant teacher at a non-public school for students with disabilities. During my 2 years there, I accommodated students with a range of emotional, behavioral, and intellectual disabilities while utilizing trauma-informed instruction. With my years of experience as a former art instructor and P. E. teacher, I am able to keep children entertained and active for hours. My volunteer experience includes assistant coach for Sertoma Baseball Camp for the Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing, instruct. aide at Orange County Children's Therapeutic Arts Center, and construction work for The Mirror Foundation of Thailand. In addition to my background in education, I am a tireless caregiver with a growth mindset.
