I highly recommend NOT hiring Marisa. She'll tell you her flat rate is $125. If she cleaned thoroughly, this wouldn't be a problem. However, she "cleaned" 9:45am- 11:30am and said she was done. She barely dusted & nothing thoroughly( = moving items to clean the whole surface area). When I pointed out what hadn't been dusted yet, she'd say several times that she did do it then finally, "OH, sorry I forgot one thing." Same for the mirrors. "I already cleaned it." I pointed out my toddler's finger smudges on her bathroom mirror and she said it was just the mirror-she already cleaned it. I cleaned the mirror in front of her. The shower doors weren't cleaned. She said, "That's just the shower doors." I pointed out that she didn't clean the coffee table. She said she didn't do it because there were two bowls on it and it's not her job to move them. When I told her that I am aware of what's been needing to be cleaned, she called it "unbelievable." You're better off cleaning yourself I hired Marisa as a Housekeeper and she was truly awful. I was 40wks pregnant at the time and she was literally no help. I've never had an experience like that with a cleaning lady-ever!! She was punctual, not dependable and I would never hire her again.
