About Marisa

I have 7 years experience volunteering in my church nursery with newborns through 2-year-olds. Responsibilities include preparing bottles, feeding, changing diapers, putting down for naps, preparing snacks and doing activities with the toddlers. I have experience as an after school nanny for two boys, 5 and 7 years old, I picked them up from school, made lunch, helped with homework, played games, drove them to and from sports practice and games. I also have experience as a full time nanny working for a single mom with two teenagers and a dog. A typical day would include picking up the dog early in the morning, taking it to daycare and picking it up in the late afternoon before picking up both kids from school. I would also be responsible for grocery shopping, full meal preparation, running small errands, laundry, dishes, general cleaning around the house and taking the kids to friends houses, doctor appointments, and sports practice.
