As a caregiver with four years of experience, I am passionate about fostering children's growth and development. My friendly and patient nature allows me to connect with children easily, while my formal training and CPR certification ensure their safety and well-being. I believe in open and consistent communication with parents, providing daily written reports and verbal updates at pickup. I prioritize following the parents' preferred communication method and enforcing household rules as they deem fit. My approach to childcare involves a variety of engaging activities, including outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, and educational games. I am comfortable caring for up to three children simultaneously and have experience with various age groups, from infants to preteens. My proficiency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish allows me to cater to diverse families.
