In addition to my experience as a mother to a boy (8 years old) and a girl (6 years old), I have extensive knowledge in caring for babies and children. With a background in fashion, theater, ballet and photography I bring a creative and artistic approach to my work, making the environment fun and stimulating for the children. My skills in the arts encourage the children's imagination and expressiveness, helping them develop fully. Recently, I was a nanny to a little girl from when she was 3 months old until she started daycare at 2 years old. Marina is an incredibly patient individual who takes the time to meet all children’s needs. She always arrived early or on time, giving me peace of mind that my girls would be safe as my husband and I left for work early in the mornings. Marina’s positive attitude and enthusiasm for seeing children develop their skills and curiosity was admirable and irresistible. There was always evidence of a mentally stimulating game played with positive rewards given and happy children describing how much fun it was to learn with Nanny. Marina never hesitated to jump in and help. She was more of a house manager keeping all tasks completed and ongoing so when my husband and I returned from work, we had the sole ability to play with our girls and not worry about laundry or tidying up the house. We appreciated the care she gave for guiding us with her organization and assistance in creating areas for the girls to be more independent. She has no fear of messiness and letting the girls play creatively, but never leaves any behind! From the very beginning she was warm and nurturing to my daughters, giving them so much love.
