10/10! Punctual, great communication with parents, easily adaptable to whatever situation. Our son was a bit fussier than usual but Marina was able to give her full attention to help keep our son comfortable and help him feel safe. She updated us on our son and gave us reassurance while we were out. Would highly recommend!
