After completing 2 years of Early Childhood Education in Germany, I have worked with many children of all all ages over a period of 8 years. Implementing educational and personal goals customized on specific needs. Newborns receive the nurturing care and are being read to. Toddlers and are trained to express themselves, hygiene routine, physical activities and educational activities such as: painting, arts and crafts, singing, reading. Implementing methods of self-control and calming breathing techniques. Preschoolers are read to, arts/crafts are implemented as well as taught independent activities to build confidence and age appropriate routine. My goal is to provide each child with tools to cope with emotions and express themselves, build resilience and develop communication skills. This is taught through showing examples, pretend play, reading books, open communication, patience and understanding, empathy and practicing breathing methods.
