We hired Marina when our daughter was only around 4 months old - and even though I was so nervous this girl became one of our biggest blessings. First off, she stuck with our little girl through the first couple of weeks of crying! And then? They became best friends! Little E. would crawl to her (and now WALK to her 6 months later) when she walked through the door in the morning. She was loving, caring, intuitive and always knew exactly what to do to comfort our little girl (sometimes I even got tips from her!). I was even surprised to hear giggles and guttural laughs everyday when working in my office. Marina became a party of our family and I am so sad to see her go (I need more hours... and if I could convince her to give up her college aspirations I WOULD!). Ha.
