About Marilyn

As a Speech Pathology student with two years of experience in child care, I'm dedicated to supporting children's individual needs. My calm demeanor, patient nature, and friendly approach make me easily approachable. I prioritize the safety and well-being of children above all. I believe in open and transparent communication with parents. I follow their preferred communication method and promptly address any concerns or issues that arise. When it comes to household rules, I'm very comfortable enforcing them consistently and fairly. Engaging children in play is one of my favorite aspects of caregiving. I enjoy outdoor sports, physical games, board games, puzzles, and educational games that promote learning. I'm available to care for up to two children, ranging in age from four to 12 years old. I'm also comfortable caring for older children, including teenagers.
