About Marilyn

I'm passionate about nurturing children's growth and development, and with two years of childcare experience, I'm confident in my ability to provide a safe and nurturing environment for your child. I'm patient, calm, and friendly, and I believe in open and honest communication with parents. I regularly provide updates on your child's day and am always available to discuss any concerns or issues that may arise. While I'm somewhat comfortable enforcing household rules, I believe in fostering a positive and respectful relationship with children, where they feel comfortable expressing themselves and learning from their mistakes. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that promote learning. I have some college coursework in early child development, and I'm fluent in both English and Spanish. I'm also willing to help with cooking, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and travel.
