Marilyn has been assisting my adult brother with his daily care needs for over a year. She has demonstrated reliability in maintaining his hygiene and ensuring that his living environment remains clean and organized. She also takes care to prepare meals that he enjoys, and has shown flexibility with her schedule to accommodate any changes in his routine. One of the areas in which she excels is communication. She is very good about keeping me informed of my brother’s needs and letting me know if there are things I need to address or handle. She takes initiative to get things done like helping to coordinate painting in the apartment, ordering a Christmas tree stand, and getting rugs steamed cleaned. I appreciate her consistency in managing the essential aspects of his daily life. Overall, Marilyn fulfills the expectations of the role and has been a stable part of my brother’s care. I appreciate her consistency and caring attitude.
