I'm a nurturing and experienced childcare provider with a passion for fostering children's growth and development. With over five years of experience, I've had the privilege of positively impacting the lives of children and supporting families in my community. I'm currently a registered behavior technician. I primarily work with kids with autism. I believe in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can thrive. Patience, creativity, and a friendly demeanor are my guiding principles in caring for children. I prioritize open communication with parents, providing daily updates and promptly addressing any concerns that arise. My diverse skill set includes leading outdoor sports, engaging in board games and puzzles, and facilitating educational games that promote learning. I'm also comfortable enforcing household rules and providing assistance with cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, and swimming supervision.
