We hired Marilia recently to do a deep clean before she begins to clean for us biweekly. She was easy to contact, responded in a timely manner, and patiently answered my many questions before we made a formal appointment. Marilia and the woman she works with broke up our deep cleaning over two appointments because she needed to work around our schedule. When we came home the first day, we were amazed at how good the house looked, how clean it was, and how good it smelled. Truly, she did an amazing, thorough job. We were pleasantly surprised and delighted. The second half of the appointment went just as smoothly and we were just as pleased. We love what she's done to our house and can't wait to have her start coming regularly.

Wow! Marilia clean my apartment like it's never been cleaned before. I don't think the space behind my couch has ever been cleaned, but Marilia got there, and everywhere else in my place that I'd be accidentally neglecting. Working two jobs and with a new baby, it's nice to know that cleaning the house isn't something I have to keep on my never ending to-do list. Marilia is punctual, professional, and very thorough. I would 100% rehire!

I am so happy I have found Marilia! Communication has been great and she has been punctual whether it was our initial meeting or the time she said she would be at the house to clean. During our first meeting, she was very understanding of our expectations with regards to cleaning products, etc. (my husband likes the house to smell clean). In regards to her work, I am very pleased! The house was spotless from top to bottom. You can tell that she takes great pride in her work. We have cats and you would never know it looking around because she did such a great job cleaning my house.  I hired her to come every other week (while we are not home) which shows how much trust we have in her right from the beginning. We just had Marilia clean our house for the first time. To say she went above and beyond is an understatement. She cleaned for 6+ hours, detailing every nook and cranny of our home. Marilia is detail oriented and very thorough when cleaning our house. She has incorporated our requests into her cleanings and has always been great to communicate with. I am so happy we found her. Other housekeepers did not live up to our high standards whereas Marilia exceeded them. For example, I was impressed when she took out everything from under the bed and vacuumed under it. It is a lot of extra work and I didn't expect her to do that without prompting. I will continue to use Marilia as long as she is available.
