I'm a childcare provider with a passion for nurturing children's growth and development. My four years of experience have taught me that every child is unique and deserves a safe, nurturing environment to thrive. As a friendly and compassionate individual, I strive to create such an environment for the children in my care. I believe in open and honest communication with parents and provide regular updates on their child's day, both verbally and in writing. I'm also comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a structured and safe environment for the children. My approach to childcare includes outdoor learning, singing, and dancing to engage children in a fun and educational way. I introduce basic signs such as "more, help, all done".
