I have 15 years experience of personal care-giving career from 1999 up to present. I am compassionate with elderly clients. Able to provide 12 hours shift of service or more hours as needed. I love to make plan and prepare healthy meals or cooking special dietary foods if necessary. Provides: medication reminders, escort on appointments with hair salon, physical therapy, errands. Accompany to doctors appointment Engage in activities: games, memory books Assist clients with bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing. Assist with walking and or transferring from bed to wheelchair or chair. Assist with other related duties as requested or asked by clients Lights housekeeping, laundry Monitoring changes in client's health and notify doctors and family Record daily care notes Maintain calendar and organize mail.
