About Marie

Hello! I've worked with kids in various settings since 2018. I was a preschool classroom assistant, worked at an elementary school, volunteered at a youth group home, and am currently a tutor for kids up to 6th grade. Apart from that, in my personal life I grew up with two younger siblings and a working single dad, so I became used to looking after young kids from an early age. I love working with kids because it's simply fun. Each child's unique personality surprises me, whether it's their witty humor, intrinsic kindness, shocking intelligence, or unique interests, all of it keeps me on my toes and makes working with kids inspiring and fun. I am currently completing my CPR training, and I have a Fingerprint Clearance Card. Your child's safety and emotional health is my top priority. Every child is different so I will work with you to make sure that all of their needs are met. Overall, I intend to create an enriching and fun environment that your kiddos will look forward to :)
