About Marie

Hello All - My name is Marie and I have been a Patient Care Technician for the last 25 years. I have worked in various healthcare settings which allowed me to work with seniors of all ages and stages. I began working as a caregiver in 1992 at a facility in Deerfield, IL (Whitehall North) and Lincolnshire, IL (Wellshire). Shortly thereafter I transitioned over to Highland Park Hospital where I received my PCT certification. I also obtained a Medication Tech certification as of 2021. I have also worked in the homes on and off as an independent caregiver for 20 years and my duties included light cooking, companionship, bathing and dressing, light laundry and administering meds.
